Language is considered valid if it can be understood. If it makes since to people and other know what your talking about. But if that is the definition, then as long as someone can understand stand you, anything you say can be a language right? No? Well who gets to decide that? Who gets to choose rather or not something is language? Every culture has it own dialect that make there way of speaking so unique. If can be widely understood by those of the same area or background but that is what makes languages so unique, because it can change, thing can be added, things can be taken away, and at any given time a new form of speaking can form.
